Cookiemouse is back!

It's been a while, folks, but you can't keep a good mouse away from the net forever. At the moment I'm in Dijon, enjoying amazing sunny weather and planning a trip to the vineyards of Burgundy. The countryside is awesome here, and I've been eating loads of fresh fruit direct from the trees. Everything grows here, and I have never seen so many different kinds of apples. This is raw food straight from Mother Nature. My school French is getting better every day, but this French keyboard takes some getting used to. All in all I love it here. The museums are free in Dijon, so I'm also catching up on culture after spending over three months in a tiny village with horses and cows for company. That was also cool, and I found out afterwards that I'd been living directly on the Camino de Santiago, or Saint Jacques, as the old saint is known around here. The church of Notre Dame in Dijon has a special old wooden Virgin Mary, and a number of miracles are attributed to her. By chance I arrived in town on the day of the Assumption, which was a holiday. So there you are, all the latest from a suntanned happy Cookiemouse!

Hey Cookie!
That all sounds fine and dandy!
Good on you. Enjoy the real world. Horses and cows make pretty good company I reckon. I had a conversation with a pony yesterday and found it the most satisfying experience. Glad to hear from you again.

Cheers guys! Dave, I know what you mean. There is a lovely brown stallion I can't wait to see when I get back to the village.
